Instagram has been my go-to for the latest on wellness and lifestyle trends. We are on social media for different reasons but what I like most about this era of connectedness is the ease of sharing valuable information which can help us live better lives. But be wary. The free market of information online also makes us susceptible to being fed false information and even harmful advice, especially when it comes to our health. Better cross check important claims and read up.

Here are some Instagram accounts I follow for healthier living:

There are many “influencers” and lifestyle bloggers out there, but only few would resonate with us. For me, it’s Remi Isihizuka’s charm and thoughtful content that hooked me in. Aside from the refreshing design and overall vibe of her website, her Instagram account packs quick workout tips, meal and snack suggestions, and classy style inspiration especially when you’re into athleisure trends.
